It's difficult to tell from the photo or the article if the miniature watch is solid metal, or if it in fact contains any clockworks. The article also says that the ring has the word 'Swiss' etched across the back, if there were any doubt as to the origins of the watch.
Is anyone else reminded of that Star Trek: TNG episode where they found Data's head in that mine under San Francisco from 500 years in the past? Yeah, it's that kind of weird.]]>

Les, for example, works with a pretty short buffer, but his updates are steady and frequent. If I could manage to put more steady hours in each week I might be able to get back to a regular schedule without more than a page or two of buffer. As always, we'll see how it goes.

I just finished working up my second ever Threadless submission. It's pending approval at the moment, but I wanted to post it here as well, just cause. I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with a good not-too-, but-still-steampunky t-shirt design, and I really like this one. I've got another design idea that I'll work up later this week.

My only complaint is that people seem to think I'm a girl. It comes, I'm sure, from having chosen a name that's also a color, and having a female protagonist in my comic. Oh, and not having a bio/picture up on my site. hm. Okay, I can fix part of that...
